To achieve these outputs, the Macon Bibb Equity Hub strategically employs a range of activities and strategies. This includes facilitating community dialogue sessions to understand needs and perspectives, providing diversity training sessions for various stakeholders, partnering with local organizations for collaborative projects, organizing inclusive community events, and actively engaging with policymakers to draft and advocate for equitable policies.

Outcomes:

These activities lead to a series of outcomes that strengthen the social fabric of Macon. Strengthened community bonds, increased adoption of inclusive policies and practices by local organizations and businesses, policy changes that address identified disparities, reduced disparities related to race, income, education, and other factors, enhanced community empowerment, and the establishment of collaborative networks among diverse stakeholders committed to equity.
